
Hope Craig, a proud Mvskoke of the Muscogee Nation of Oklahoma, maintains a strong connection to her Tribal community and leadership. She is married and the mother of two accomplished adult children. Hope has been actively engaged in policymaking, community-building, leadership, and Tribal governance, working closely with Urban Native Communities, Organizations, and Tribal Nations.

Keith Vielle is an enrolled member of the Blackfeet Tribe of Browning, Montana. His family relocated to Los Angeles in 1963 as part of the federal Relocation Act of the 1950s. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Vielle has remained deeply connected to his roots, returning to Browning each year to participate in ceremonies and uphold the important traditions of his Tribe.

Denise Escoto is Northern Cheyenne and Native Hawaiian, hailing from the island of Kauai. With over 24 years of dedicated involvement and experience, she takes great pride in serving and supporting the needs of the Native American community. As a third generation descendent of the BIA American Indian Urban Relocation program, which landed our ancestors in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, it has become my mission to advocate and serve Indigenous communities everywhere.

Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, my parents come from rural regions of Mexico. Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, my parents come from rural regions of Mexico. I am an alumnus of California State University of Los Angeles, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health and Chicano/a Latino/a Studies. As a member of this team, I received additional training to serve as our department’s Inclusivity Advocate. Being a part of an underrepresented community in Los Angeles, has inspired my life’s mission to address the social determinants of health within our community.

I am an enrolled member of the Gila River Indian Community, with roots connected to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe and the Navajo Nation. I am proud to be the granddaughter of one of the first staff members of the United American Indian Involvement (UAII). In June 2025, I earned my certification as a Trauma-Informed Specialist.
